1. Services

My Content Plate provides creative and marketing services including, but not limited to, photography, video production, drone cinematography, professional editing, AI-assisted content, influencer marketing, branding, social media management, Google PPC, SEO, and website design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual proposals and service agreements.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit harmful or infringing content.

For client projects, ownership and usage rights for deliverables are defined in the applicable service agreement or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, My Content Plate retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets (logos, products, access credentials, brand guidelines, etc.) required for us to perform the services. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payments and Refunds

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or retainer agreement. Recurring retainers are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in paused work or termination of services. Deposits and project fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law or as specified in a signed agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' business information. We will not disclose confidential information obtained during a project except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.
